CabAdjust is a range of computer-supporting cabinets for electronic patient charting that are easily adjusted for individual height requirements for each charting session. The cabinets are designed to meet the keying height requirements for 80% of all users, with others adapting more easily to minimize the physical stresses and strains associated with patient charting.

GUMBO MEDICAL PRODUCTS LIMITED FIVE YEAR WARRANTY

Gumbo Medical Products, LLC promises to repair or replace any Gumbo Medical Products brand product or component that is defective in workmanship or material for a period of five (5) years from its date of delivery. This is your sole and exclusive remedy. This warranty is subject to the exclusions below.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not apply and no other warranty applies to:

•  Normal wear and tear, which are expected over the course of ownership.

•  Damage caused by the carrier in-transit, which will be handled under separate terms.

•  Modifications or attachments to the product that are not approved by Gumbo Medical Products, LLC.

•  Products that were not installed, used or maintained in accordance with product instructions and warnings.

•  This warranty does not include the cost of shipping, installation, damage to equipment, or other labor or overhead costs associated with replacement.
